If you find a lower advertised price (for product and shipping) from a competing Internet retailer within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund 110% of the difference!
Price match must be a competitor’s advertised retail price, and must be from an authorized Internet dealer for that particular brand. Model in question must be exact model, make, and color. The item must also be available in stock for immediate shipment.

Standard Shipping |
Free shipping is only offered on purchases to the 48 continental states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other countries will be charged standard shipping costs.
Rental units are subject to a shipping charge. Orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx Ground or the U.S. Post Office. Most orders usually ship within 72 hours on business days after the order is placed. Orders with several pieces may not always arrive in one package or on the same day. Arrival time may vary by location however, items usually arrive within ten to fourteen business days, unless item is on backorder. Estimated arrival dates (ETA's) are provided for these items but are subject to change. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Refusal of Delivery: If an order is refused, the customer is responsible for the shipping as well as any fees that occur during the delivery process. We cannot be responsible for packages lost that were refused.
Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned to Aranistic-air.com due to an incorrect shipping address provided, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost as well as the new delivery costs and any change of address fees that may occur during the delivery process.

Cancellations |
We ask that you please make sure that your order is correct prior to submitting it to us. Once you place your order our systems begin processing. Should you need to cancel your order for any reason, please email us through the Contacts page. We will make every effort to stop the items from being shipped. However, once the order has been tagged for shipping, we will be unable to change or cancel your order, thus you will need to follow the Return Policy procedures stated below to return the items for exchange or refund. All cancellations will require a cancellation confirmation number. Claims of cancellation without this number will not be considered valid.

Returns |
Aranistic-air stands behind every product we sell. You may return or exchange fully packaged and unused items purchased from Aranistic-air.com for any reason. Returns must be received by Aranistic-air.com within 30 days from the original shipment date to the customer.
Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Cost accrued for shipping returns and exchanges back to aranistic-air or the manufacturer are the responsibilty of the customer.

Refunds |
Please allow 1 -2 billings cycles for credit to show on statement. Because some items we carry dropship directly from the manufacturer, we cannot credit for items sent back to the manufacturer until the returned merchandise is verified as received, inspected, and credit is issued.

Rental Units |
Would you like to try the AranizerTM experience or use it to "shock treat" an area of your home or business with no risk and little financial obligation? Aranistic-Air.com is happy to rent you a SS-8 unit. The rental fee is $120.00 per 7 day week. Aranistic-Air will pay standard shipping to you, and all you have to do is pay for the return shipping. Return shipping must be insured and traceable, and must not exceed a 10 day delivery period. Your credit card will be authorized in the amount of $550.00 for the replacement cost of the unit, only the rental fee will be captured immediately. The rental unit must be sent back and received by aranistic-air within 10 days after the rental period in 100% perfect working and cosmetic condition; otherwise the renter will be charged the full cost of $550.00 for the Aranizer on the authorized credit card. If you decide to purchase the unit, the paid rental fee will be fully deducted from the determined purchase price.
